Project overview

This project involved the complete interior and exterior demolition and remodel of a 3-story commercial office building to accommodate multiple tenants and update the appearance of the 1970's design aesthetic. The site is located downtown Sacramento with limited space for construction activities, requiring public sidewalk and street closures be carefully coordinated with the construction phasing and the City of Sacramento.

Details

This was essentially "my project", as Architect oversight was limited for the duration of the construction document development phase. I was the primary interface with the client, public agencies and consultant team.
